Upon arrival, the musty odor was off-putting, and the check-in process was poorly managed by a new employee. We were assigned a dirty room with unmade beds, and when we requested a new room, there were no alternatives, leaving us without accommodation. Unfortunately, there were also cleanliness issues, as a dead roach was spotted near the cookies in the lobby.

The breakfast was truly amazing! Freshly baked biscuits and gravy. A variety of juices to kick-start the day. Just wish the pool area was cleaner. Overall, a great stay! 😊
